Vice President of Channel Sales SaaS Platform for Conversational AI & Knowledge Graphs (f/m/d)

Onlim is a leading platform provider for the automation of customer communication in the German-speaking area with strong global expansion dynamics. With our Knowledge Graph-based conversational AI platform, we make data, content and knowledge of our customers available in natural language and accessible via various channels such as chatbots, phonebots, Alexa, Google Assistant or API. The Onlim platform is available as a low-code SaaS solution, is highly scalable and can be flexibly expanded via a simple connection to customer systems.

As Vice President Channel Sales you are an experienced and passionate leader with many years of experience in building and developing a partner ecosystem. You play an essential role in our international growth, report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and take responsibility for developing this area.

What you’ll do:

  • Implementation and overall responsibility for the channel sales strategy with the aim of establishing a successful partner ecosystem over the next 12 months

  • Campaign development to win sales partners (with a focus on our core sectors of energy suppliers, public clients, manufacturing / industry and trade)

  • Implementation and further development of sales promotion measures together with our marketing team and sales partners (e.g. online trainings, demos, product trials, webinars, events)

  • Development and management of the channel sales team

  • Cooperation with direct sales, service management and marketing

  • Control of all sales partners according to key performance indicators, implementation of a channel sales key figure system

  • Central responsibility for all contracts and agreements, price lists and the creation of reports and dashboards from Salesforce

What you’ll need:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in B2B channel sales for software products that require explanation (preferably SaaS) – of which at least 3 years of management experience

  • Proven track record in building and developing a partner ecosystem

  • Excellent skills in presenting to an audience

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written, independent work and taking your own initiatives with a hands-on mentality and solution and service-oriented thinking

  • You have strong leadership and a cooperative working style at the same time

  • Language Skills:

    • German: native language
    • English: fluent
  • Completed business studies
