Onlim is a leading platform provider for the automation of customer communication in the German-speaking area with strong global expansion dynamics. With our Knowledge Graph-based conversational AI platform, we make data, content and knowledge of our customers available in natural language and accessible via various channels such as chatbots, phonebots, Alexa, Google Assistant or API. The Onlim platform is available as a low-code SaaS solution, is highly scalable and can be flexibly expanded via a simple connection to customer systems.

As Head of Marketing & Growth you are an experienced and passionate leader with a clear focus on scalable and efficient B2B marketing. You play an important role in our growth strategy, report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and are responsible for our entire marketing for all business areas.

What you’ll do:

  • Further development of the brand “Onlim” to become the European market leader in the field of Knowledge Based Conversational AI

  • Creation of go-to-market strategies and corresponding consistent implementation

  • Management of the existing marketing team with the potential to expand this team according to our growth vision

  • Close cooperation with direct sales, channel sales, service management and product management

  • Evaluation and further development of our marketing automation tools and tactics in use

  • Control of all external service providers in the marketing area

  • Ensuring a consistent dissemination of our messages across our target markets, target groups and channels

What you’ll need:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in B2B marketing for software products that require explanation (preferably SaaS) – of which at least 3 years of management experience

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing campaigns to generate leads and opportunities with a proven growth path

  • Detailed knowledge and operational experience with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot or Hubspot

  • Excellent skills in presenting to an audience

  • Terms like CAC, ICP, GTM, ABM … are an integral part of your strategic and operational approach and not something that you have to google first ;-)

  • You understand marketing strongly driven by numbers and achieve a high, scalable degree of automation

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written, independent work and taking your own initiatives with a hands-on mentality and solution and service-oriented thinking

  • You have a strong leadership and a cooperative working style at the same time

  • Language Skills:

    • German: native language
    • English: fluent
  • Completed business studies
